On-Time Delivery: Our Commitment

Delays are a common issue in construction. At Revons, we minimise this through proactive planning and disciplined schedule management. A realistic delivery timeline is created for each project and presented to the customer in writing.

Schedule deviations are detected early through site management tools and weekly progress meetings. When a delay risk emerges, the customer is informed immediately and an alternative solution plan is offered.

Planning the material supply chain in advance is a critical element of on-time delivery. Critical materials are ordered at project start; our supplier relationships minimise stock and logistics issues.

The vast majority of our completed projects have been delivered on or before the promised date. This track record forms the basis of customer trust and our references.
