Transparent Process from Survey to Handover

At Revons Construction, every project passes through four main stages: survey and planning, foundation and structural work, finishing and fit-out, and key handover. Written and visual reports are shared with our customer at the start and end of each stage.

During the survey stage, land analysis, soil study and preliminary project feasibility are carried out. The proposal presented to the customer transparently includes all cost items; hidden fees or later additions are not part of our approach.

During construction, weekly photo progress reports are sent. Our customers can clearly track which stage the project is at without visiting the site. A dedicated project manager is assigned for questions and requests.

At handover, a detailed snag list check is carried out and all documents and warranty paperwork are delivered to the customer. At Revons, we stand by you until the very end of the process.
