Seyirtepe Villas

Seyirtepe Villas consists of 12 modern villas set in terraces along the slopes of Sapanca. Thanks to the stepped site layout, every villa looks out over the buildings in front towards the lake and valley, while the flat-roofed, white-façade architecture forms a clean silhouette within the greenery.

Gardens framed by stone retaining walls, wide glazing and balconies connect the interiors with nature. Planned in Sapanca Ünlüce through design renders and animation and documented with drone footage, the completed project is one of Revons' signature examples of view-focused villa living in Sapanca.
